Set Up Buffet Services

Order & Payment

  • Orders must be placed at least 7 days before your event date.
  • A 40% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be settled via bank transfer upon food delivery.
  • Additional pax can only be added in multiples of 5.

Delivery

  • Free delivery is provided (subject to coverage area).
  • Delivery may not be available for certain locations.
  • An additional charge of RM80 applies if the setup location requires the use of stairs or lifts.

Serving Time & Duration

  • Service Duration: Food and beverage service is provided for up to Three (3) hours (excluding setup and dismantling).
  • Extensions are subject to additional charges at RM80 per hour.
  • Food Quality: We are not liable for food quality or contamination if food is consumed beyond the recommended serving period, including takeaway food.

Package Detail & Equipment

Standard Package:

(available for orders below RM4,000)

  • Full buffet setup, Tables for food display, Dustbin & garbage bags for waste disposal.
  • Rectangular chafing dishes will be used. Disposable plates, cutlery, and cups are provided (1 set per guest + double extra).
  • Example: For an order of 100 pax, a total of 200 sets of plates and cutlery will be provided.

Premium Package:

(available for orders above RM4,000, excluding other add-on services)

  • Full buffet setup, Tables for food display, Dustbin & garbage bags for waste disposal.
  • Roll-top chafing dishes will be used. Disposable plates, cutlery, and cups are provided (1 set per guest + double extra).
  • Example: For an order of 100 pax, a total of 200 sets of plates and cutlery will be provided.

Client-Provided Food:

  • Mixson Plus Sdn Bhd will not provide utensils or crockery for food and beverages not prepared by us.
  • Clients are responsible for supplying their own utensils and crockery for non-catered items (e.g., desserts, cakes).

Mini Buffet Services

Order & Payment

  • Orders must be placed at least 3 days before your event date.
  • A RM200 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be settled via bank transfer upon food delivery.

Package Details

  • Take Away / Delivery Only – no buffet setup, tables, or warmers provided.
  • All food will be packed disposable food containers (microwavable base, non-microwavable lid).
  • Disposable cutlery set will be provided.

  • We will not be liable for the food quality nor food contamination if any food is consumed after the recommended time.
