Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Johor: Senai, Kulai, Johor Bahru, Iskandar Puteri, Pasir Gudang, Skudai, Pontian, and the wider Senai Airport City area. Delivery beyond these zones is available on request — message us with your venue and we'll confirm feasibility and any delivery charge.

Yes — Mixson Plus is JAKIM halal-certified (Cert No: JAKIM.700-2/3/2 106-04/2026, MS 1500:2019, valid until 31 July 2028). Our dishes are certified and prepared in our own halal-certified central kitchen in Senai.

How much notice do you need for an event?

For Set Up Buffet and Mini Buffet, we recommend booking at least 5–7 days in advance to confirm menu, headcount, and delivery slot. Larger events (200+ pax) ideally need 2–3 weeks. Daily Meal Supply contracts usually start with a trial week and 1–2 weeks of planning.

Can you cater for factories, offices, schools, or weddings?

Yes — these are our four core client types. Factories in Senai Airport City and offices across Johor use our Daily Meal Supply; weddings and corporate events use Set Up Buffet; schools and kindergartens use both packed meals and mini buffets. Each comes with its own menu rotation and pricing tier.

What's included in a Daily Meal Supply contract?

A typical contract covers daily delivery of freshly prepared packed meals to your venue, a rotating weekly menu agreed in advance, dietary accommodations where possible, and a dedicated WhatsApp line for headcount changes. Monthly consolidated invoicing is available for corporate clients. One-off bento orders for meetings and events are also available — no contract needed.

Do you provide service staff and equipment?

Yes, as add-ons. We supply professional service staff for buffet setups, live food stations (Whole Lamb Grill, Satay, Sashimi), and equipment rental — canopies, tables, chairs, and premium utensils. Event decoration is also available to create the right atmosphere for your occasion.

What are your payment terms for corporate clients?

For one-off events, we typically require a deposit on confirmation and the balance on or before delivery. For Daily Meal Supply contracts, we offer monthly consolidated invoicing with payment terms agreed at contract signing — common terms are 14 to 30 days from invoice date.

Can I customise the menu?

Yes. Our published packages are starting points — most events involve some customisation around cuisine balance, dietary requirements, or theme. Tell us what you have in mind (vegetarian options, no seafood, specific dishes, festive themes) and we'll propose a customised menu and quote.

How do I get a quote?

What are your delivery fees in Johor?

For Mini Buffet, self pick-up is available from our Senai address, or delivery is arranged with a fee that varies by area.
