Common questions about brand event catering
How far in advance should I book a launch event?
+For events of 100+ pax, we recommend 3–4 weeks. For VIP launches with brand-specific menu development, 6–8 weeks gives us time to prepare a custom proposal, run a tasting, and align with your run sheet.
Can the menu be themed around our brand?
+Yes. We've done brand-coloured dessert tables, custom menu cards with sponsor logos, and dishes named after vehicle models or product lines. Share your brand guidelines and we'll propose options.
Do you cater for dealer staff meals during long event days?
+Yes — packed meals or simple buffets for backstage and dealer staff. Often the unsung hero of a successful event. From RM 15 per pax, min 20 pax.
What's your radius — will you travel for events?
+We cater across Johor: Senai, Kulai, Johor Bahru, Iskandar Puteri, Pasir Gudang, Skudai, Pontian. Events outside this radius are case-by-case — message us with venue details.
Can you provide proposals on short notice?
+For events within 7 days, we'll quickly tell you what's feasible — sometimes we can flex, sometimes we can't. WhatsApp is the fastest path for time-critical enquiries.
