Mixson Plus Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email, company (optional), event details (service type, date, pax count, budget range, dietary requirements, free-text notes). We also automatically capture a small set of technical metadata: the page you came from, UTM campaign tags, browser user agent, and the country your request was sent from (derived from network headers — we do NOT store your full IP address).
Why we collect it
We use your information to (a) respond to your enquiry with a tailored quote, (b) plan and deliver the catering service you book, (c) issue invoices and receipts, and (d) improve our service quality. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We do not send marketing messages without your explicit opt-in.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and customer records are retained for 24 months after our last interaction with you. After that period, identifying information is deleted or anonymised. Tax-related records (invoices, receipts) are retained for 7 years as required by Malaysian tax law.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers we use to run the website and respond to you: Supabase (database hosting, EU data centre), WasenderAPI (WhatsApp notification gateway), Vercel (website hosting), and Google (analytics). Each provider processes your data on our behalf under their own privacy policy. We never share your information with marketing companies or unrelated third parties.
Your rights under PDPA 2010
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct any inaccuracies, withdraw consent for future processing, and request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email info@mixsonplus.com.my with the subject "Data request" and include the name, phone, or email you originally submitted so we can verify your identity. We aim to respond within 14 working days.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies only for analytics (Google Analytics 4). These cookies tell us which pages are popular and how visitors move through the site. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to submit a quote request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve or as Malaysian privacy law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Substantive changes will be highlighted in a banner at the top of the policy for at least 30 days.
